I found this nice blog entry on Bollywood-Songs containing a Top 10 of Govinda's song performances throughout the years. I agree with some of the choices, they definitely picked some highlights. Here's my choice:

2. I’m a Street Dancer from Ilzaam
3. Janam Janam Jo Saath from Raja Bhaiyan with Govinda & Aarti
4. Zindagi Mehek Jaati Hoon from Hatya
5. Main Jab Bhi Dekhta Hoon from Love 86 with Govinda & Neelam
6. Sanam Mere Sanam from Hum with Govinda & Shilpa Shirodkar
7. Saiyyonee from Sandwich with Govinda & Mahima
8. Na Hira Na Moti from Kunwara with Govinda & Urmila
9. Pyar Karenge Abhi Karenge from Billoo Badshah with Govinda & Neelam
10. Pyar Mohabbat from Pyar Mohabbat with Govinda & Mandakini

The Song from Hatya is no real dance performance but I like the video nevertheless. The songs from Ilzaam are all classics, each one of them is great. I also enjoyed some songs of Aunty No.1 and Hero No.1 which are not in the list.
