From time to time we could read about Jagmohan Mundra wanting to remake The 40-Year-Old Virgin (originally with Steve Carell and Catherine Keener in the lead roles) in Hindi. It's been quiet about this rumor for some time, but it still seems to be on. An article from Rediff said:

Meanwhile, Mundhra is getting ready with his films. He will direct a commercial film, with Govinda and Ayesha Takia. A comedy, the film will be about a person, who cannot interact with women socially. It is inspired from the film, The 40 Year Old Virgin.
